Neil J. Lewis grew up in Owego, NY and graduated from Owego Free Academy in 1991. After graduation from S.U.N.Y.Canton in 1994 with a degree in Mortuary Science, Neil returned to Owego and is currently the 4th generation in the family business.
Neil is a NYS Licensed Funeral Director and Certified Crematory Operator. He is highly skilled in all aspects of Funeral Service, Grief Care, Embalming and Restoration, Pre-Arrangement, Pre-Funding and Pre-Planning. He cares deeply for the families he is called to serve and strives to create personalized and meaningful life tributes. He has served 20 years as Tioga County Coroner.
He also specializes in cemetery and civic monument and memorial concept, design, construction and installation.
In his spare time, Neil enjoys time with his family, golf tournaments, hockey, motocross, hunting and fishing.
Neil is married to Sarrah (Sindoni) Lewis, BSN Clinical Regulatory Specialist at Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital. Together they have two boys, Camden and Aaron, who love adventure, BMX, motorcycles, dinosaurs and Spiderman.
Neil and Sarrah are coaches of Owego Little League T-ball team "Richards Rowdies," TCYSA Kinder Soccer and U8 Soccer and Owego-Apalachin Lacrosse
Neil and his Bavarian Mountain Hound, Tessily, are NYS DEC Licensed Wounded Big Game Trackers, and during the fall hunting season, they can be found out in the woods of New York and Pennsylvania giving their best effort toward helping hunters recover their wounded deer or bear.

Julia is Office Manager and Funeral Specialist for Richards Funeral Home, Richards Monument Service and Belles Monuments.
She grew up in Brooktondale, NY with her parents Larry and Teresa and her sister Laura and was raised with a love of animals, especially horses. After graduation from Candor Central School in 1997 she joined the United States Air Force. She served active duty for 5 years then transitioned to the Air National Guard for another 17 years. In 2012 She obtained her Associates degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Fitness Management. Julia retired from the Air Force in 2019 after 22 yesrs of service. She is Past Commander of VFW Post 1371 in Owego.
Julia cares deeply for the families we serve and strives to honor our military. Ensuring the care of veterans and their families is a true passion of hers.
Julia enjoys time with her family, friends, and volunteering at the VFW Post 1371 serving our community.
Born in 1961, Irene V. Delahanty grew up in Owego, NY and attended Owego Free Academy. In 1984 Irene relocated to South Florida where she pursued her education in Accounting and Computer Science. After the death of her husband in 2009 she returned to Owego and joined Richards Funeral Home. She is a Full Charge Bookkeeper and Funeral Service Specialist. Irene cares deeply for the families she is called to serve and strives to create personalized and meaningful life tributes.
In her spare time, Irene loves golfing, reading, and just simply enjoying life.
